Questions about paying
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own foreign transaction fee; we don't add any fee on top.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you're never charged again unless you buy another pack.
How many videos does a pack make?
Each video uses 10 credits. Single makes 1 video, Family makes 3 and Big Family makes 6, so each child can get their own.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account, so you can make another video next Christmas.
What if a video fails?
Its credits go back to your account automatically, and we email you either way. You don't need to contact us.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Write to us from your account's email address. Details are in the refund policy.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout, or with Apple Pay on devices that support it. We never see or store your card details.
